If you’ve been following my work for some time or have had your own boudoir photoshoot with me, you know that I work with some fantastic hair and makeup artists in the Capital Region. Not only are they great with their skills, but they’re genuine women that are really good with helping me make my clients feel at ease before their boudoir shoots. Even before I made the official move to New York, I booked my first two clients. My problem was that being new to the area, I didn’t know where to turn to to find a stylist that would be available for these back-to-back shoots. So, I did what any sane person would do… I posted on Criagslist for any leads on a great hair and makeup artist. In no time, I received an e-mail from a gentleman (who happens to be a local photographer) saying that his girlfriend (at the time) may be interested and to contact her. I've been a boudoir photographer for over 8 years now, and I will never get over how many women put their trust in me to create beautiful boudoir images for them. It is especially flattering when other boudoir photographers (or photographers in general) want to work with me in my New York boudoir studio.
