This year, we had a record number of women in the studio ready to bare it all for their Valentine! Who could blame them? When you have the choice of getting your Valentine a card and chocolates OR gorgeous images of you looking H-O-T, there really is no comparison! And let's be honest here, ladies... when it comes to boudoir, it really is a gift for yourself as well!
I've been holding onto these images for a bit because I wanted to share them on a specific day... Miss K's birthday! So, Happy birthday, Miss K!
When Miss K came to me, she was ready to celebrate the journey of self-love that she's been on. She wasn't doing a boudoir shoot for anyone else but herself, which I LOVE. Backed by her close girlfriends for moral support, we started the day with hair and makeup and a bit of girl talk. This time before a photo shoot is crucial because it gives time for those that are nervous to calm their nerves. However, I don't think that Miss K needed it... because when it came time to start shooting, she absolutely ROCKED it!
I met Miss N for the first time during the Grand Opening of my new studio this past June. She wanted to do something special for her new husband and she felt that this would be the perfect gift for him… boy was that an understatement! Miss N decided that for her Reveal, she was going to bring her husband. It was, by far, one of my more memorable hubby reactions. There were a lot of exclamations, shock, and awe. It was very clear to me: this man DESIRES his wife! At one point, he said (and I’m paraphrasing), “If I had known you were going to do this, I wouldn’t have hired a wedding photographer! I’d rather spend my money on this!” She was right… this was the perfect gift for her husband. The next morning, I received […]
This Summer was full of clients wanting to gift their boudoir photos to a special guy in their lives. Miss A was no exception! She wanted to do something extra special to celebrate her wedding anniversary.
Miss A reached out to me just before Summer to discuss a surprise anniversary gift for her husband. Like many of my clients, she had heard about Cheeky Boudoir from a friend of hers that had recently come in for a surprise gift for her husband as well. Needless to say, I was excited to help her plan this special surprise!
Typically, if my clients book their boudoir photo shoot with me and aren't doing it just for themselves, it's because they want to surprise their sweetheart with something extra-special. Whether it be for the Holidays, Valentine's Day, a wedding gift, or anniversary, figuring out how to surprise someone with your boudoir photos can be tricky business! I've been privy to quite a number of boudoir surprises, so I'm here to give your some inspiration!

We've officially wrapped on bridal season here at Cheeky Boudoir. Early in the season, Mrs. S came in for a bridal boudoir session for her August wedding. In addition to lingerie, she had the great idea to bring in the dress that she would be using for her Bridal Shower.
